Here we go again... I ordered parts last Friday afternoon... and was told that they wouldn't be shipped until Monday and I'd have them in 3-4 days. Perfect! I'll put the new roller bearings in on Friday the 11th.
Not. The package didn't go out of Chevy Duty until late Tuesday. It was in Ill. as of o'dark thirty this morning. I'd find it hard to believe that it'll be here today.
I called CD and was told that they never tell someone when a package will go out and shipments are always 5-7 business days.
Why is the customer always wrong when you call there???
I know this topic comes up often but I needed to vent... Thanks.
