The PO of my truck tack welded motor mounts to the frame for a SBC. One of them was broken and the motor was secured with a chain. No crossmember, no frame box. The frame was also cut and bent by the motor mounts, I believe so they could install the motor with the exhaust still attached. The inner fender wells were completley hacked. I'm not sure why. Maybe the motor was installed with all of the sheet metal still on the truck???
The dash was cut out entirely around the glove box. I'm not sure why...
I can't complain though, nobody forced me to buy it...
