So far Vaughn gets my vote for the mostest worstest.
My entry into the "adding insult to injury class" was the '73 VW taillights fiberglassed to the rear fenders (ton duallie panel, so extra wide fenders) and VW park lamp/turn signals perched on top of the front fenders. I would enter it into a car show if I could find one with a "laughing stock" class.
