Take off inside handles and panel..There's an access hole under the vent window..Look in there and you will see the stud with the spring and nut on it...Mine were flopping, and when I looked to adjust, there wasn't any springs at all..Hmmmm..Well, I ordered new springs from Chevy Duty, and they were too long, so had to a little modification..Got it done, and can now put the vents in any position I want, and they stay..Big difference..
