If you are going the power window route, buy new window channels and put them in place. After you put the channels in, make a cardboard template for the new one piece window glass. Once you get the template reasonably close, transfer the cardboard template to a piece of masonite and cut it out. Once you have the masonite template, mount your powerwindow mechanism in the door and test the operation with the masonite template. It will probably require a little sanding and filing to get it to run up the tracks smooth. After that, bring the template (or templates..both doors might be a little different) to a glass cutter. That should do the trick.
