chev235 - give us what year truck ya got - etc... there are aftermarket kits that you can buy to have a one piece eletric powered window.
I like my vent windows on my '65. Then, I don't have AC... he he he.. but even if I did I'd keep 'em, but that is me. Do what you want to your truck. Then sell the pieces ya take off on the swap meet.
