I'd cautiously suggest thhe inner workings from a one piece glass door might be adapted to your doors;I'm not sure about clearance for the doorlatch and handle,or relocating the riser mechanism-that's some things you'd need to research. If you can find a 1 piece door to look at and measure,that'd be a good start.
