I use a small floor jack that stores in it's own carrying case in case of a flat. It fits behind the seat if you relocate your tank or you can just throw it in the box, it has a plastic case to keep it dry. I also carry a four-way lug wrench in case I ever need to help someone else pull a flat. I never understood how a bottle jack would be of any good if you ever had a flat.
If you do go with a factory bottle jack, carry several pieces of 2X8's or wider. When you have a flat, drive the flat tire up onto the stack of boards to get the suspension high enough to get the jack under.
