Apparently the state of California is looking into any
improprieties that would lead to the state being "shorted" tax or
registration dollars.
Yeah, that's cause for guns drawn and flak vests. There probably is a little more to the story I'd think.
With the exorbitant fees California charges, I can certainly understand the temptation to try and pull the wool over the eyes. But I guess if you don't wanna pay then move elsewhere or risk getting caught and paying even more for a bad choice.
