Well the article seems long on fear factor and short on facts--I can't figure out what has been violated--course we're dealing with a State that enforces its trash collection fees with property liens ( ) I'm guessin that this may be a problem with somebody puttin a rod together from a bucket of parts and then assignin a year but who knows.
Here in Texas, its a 3rd degree felony to misrepresent ur vehicle or its value(sales price)--but enforcement actions are rare or infrequently publicized--always smart to figure the regs out and follow them. Looks like it may be time for Leno and Arnold to get in another tiff
