Works for me--ya know over the years Ive posted on threads that have been locked down or been deleted--probably deserved it in some instances ...others I thought were close calls. Never got upset over it tho--truth of the matter is that nothing I post here is gonna change the course of human events....anybody else either. Prolly best to let the moderators run these forums and not worry about rigid rules... Moderators are just volunteers tryin to keep things on an even keel. Good idea to eliminate politics and religion etc...just lead to arguments...never change anybody's mind either. Seems to me the key thing is to maintain civility... if somebody has to argue and call names ...boot their posts. Who cares.
Ah Texas football--wish it was like the 60s again--all about money and high dollar coachin now but I guess the kids still occasionally have some fun.
