Denny,Thanks for your photos of the leather washers.I turned a stack of washers on the lathe and they looked good.My guide pins were good so I soaked the washers in hot water for about 20 minutes and was able to stretch them over the pins.When they dried they shrunk back to the orig. size and I didn't have to make new pins!If someone doesn't have access to a lathe you could punch the i.d. with an empty pistol shell case and you could cut the o.d. with a pair of snips just so it will slide inside the track.Improvise!
