Gasket punches are available at all the swap meets that I have been to from the vendors that follow the meets around all summer, usually in a large variety of sizes and cheap. If you have access to a lathe punches are easy enough to turn. If you can find plane old steel tubing the right size, conduct, black pipe, galvanized, etc., you can sharpen the end with a file or Dremel, punches at your leather craft supplier, lots of possibilities.

Leather scraps at the shoe maker Fred?? There tain’t no shoe makers left round here any more are there? Must be another one of those foreign phenomenon’s ya all still have up thar in Cana’deia! But seriously that’s a good suggestion, never thought of that source.
