Rather than rebuild it, you might check to see if NAPA or one of the other professional-grade parts stores can order a reman unit and use your old one as a core exchange. Hydrovacs aren't particularly brand-specific- - - -Bendix sold them to GM, Ford, MOPAR, International, and most other manufacturers by gross weight rating, rather than specific models, similar to big rig air brake systems.
