Try contacting a place called "Then and Now Rebuilders". They do an excellent job of remanufacturing fuel pumps and water pumps, (better than new) and it's possible they might also work on Hydrovacs. Good point on insurance coverage, especially on something as large and heavy as a dump truck! Better safe than sorry!
