I am the proud owner of a Craftsman Jig saw my dad bought prob in the early 70's the thing weighs 5 lbs but is all METAL an to this day still runs like a champ , been dropped of roofs had the cord replaced a dozen times an it still just runs ! heck the light still works !
My brother got a Craftsman for X-Mas last yr from his wife it went in the garbage 6 months later !
SOOO THERE YA GO .....POWER TOOLS MADE IN CHINA MAY LOOK PRETTY , BUT THEY ARE JUNK !
