When my "Craftsman" hydraulic jack gave out on me (after about 6 months of occasional light duty use), I looked at the item in their on-line catalog to try to get part numbers. There were 10 product reviews for the jack starting with "piece of #$%^" and went downhill from there. Wrenches, screwdrivers and sockets are worth buying from them, anything else is a roll of the dice.
