This summer I will be building a 28' x 40' shop. I currently have a 5HP, 30 gallon Craftsman compressor that I've had for over 16 years and it has worked admirably for what I've used it for...but it's time to upgrade. I've been looking around and am targeting the Porter Cable 175 PSI, Two-Stage 80 Gal. Oil Lube Stationary air compressor . Cast iron, 2 stage, plenty of volume. My shop will have a 200A main breaker panel so juice will not be a problem.
