I recently bought a Campbell Hausfeld Iron Force compressor from Lowes, the one with the twin V pump and a 60 gallon tank. I got it because it gives me enough CFM to do everything from blasting to painting without a large power draw, I figure the motor is about 3.5 HP. My shop is about 180 feet from my house panel and I didn't relish doing a separate drop or running a really large wire out there. So far I have been very happy with it, of course it wouldn't do for continuous professional work. Chipmunk's Craftsman sounds really good and a good price.
