Yep, that one sort of qualifies as "butt-ugly"! If you do the hole saw trick and then smack the tops of the pistons with a block of hardwood and a BFH, you'll probably be able to turn the crankshaft once the stuck piston ring area separates from the pistons. I'd also suggest using a coarse bristle cup brush in a high speed drill motor to clean up the cylinder walls. The block might be worth saving, but it's going to require a few sleeves, most likely.
