Some additional questions:

Do the brake lights work? Both with and without the turn signal on?

Do you have a hazard light switch on this column?

Are your front bulbs LED or incandescent?

When you say the front doesn't flash, do they come on and stay on? Or not come on at all?

And some comments:
Both the front and the rear lights use the same flasher (a) for turn signals and the same flasher (b) for hazards, so if some of the lights are flashing correctly the flasher itself is almost certainly good.

You can test to wiring from the column connector to the front turn signals by verifying that you have power to Terminal L, then jumping terminal L to H/J and seeing if the appropriate light comes on. If it does, the problem is in your column. If not, you have a problem between either that connector and the bulb(s) or the bulb(s) and ground.

If the dash lights are not coming on, that makes me suspect the switch or wiring in the column.
