So this weekend I took the steering column apart again, shortened the shaft so the gap will be gone from the wheel to the column. Got the plastic cam in place and working. Had to grind the end of the blinker shadt to fit the new mounting slot. Took for ever but I got the horn working. I had crud on the brass button preventing a decent contact.

Here is my question. I have rear blinkers, but no front. Are the front lights supposed to blink? If so I assume I start with the flasher?
