No quite sure what to do with it yet.
The immediate plan is to get it running. although it has been inside a truck the plugs were removed, so I will pull the heads first and clean all the dirt out of the cylinders, and hope it's not rusted to bad inside. Then I'll soak it with my favorite penetrating oil and attempt to unstick it. I am reasonably sure it is stuck, I could not turn it by hand with the fan, that's not surprising though. I'll try harder after I know the cylinders are clean.
I think I will get it running and on a stand or trailer to take to truck shows, make noise, and burn lots of fuel. At least that's the plan until I think of something more clever.
