Grigg you're a mad man 4 sure. You mentioned 12 cylinder firing order cast in the block. Sounds like it fires 12 times per 2 crank revolutions (& seems most sensible), but I have to ask if it fires 6 times, (via: 2 plugs fire @ the same time)? Sure hope you come up w/ a feasible way to put that dog to work. How many horsepower do these powermills put out? For a laugh/ cry; How many mpg is typical for the 702?
