| Kettle Custodian (pot stirrer) Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 29,829 | I drill a hole in the outer cage of the Torrington bearing I use at the top of a stovebolt distributor housing when I do the "zero wobble" modification by pressing a hardened steel sleeve over the shaft and fitting a needle bearing to the housing. Thr hole is there to allow grease from the cup to enter the bearing. Jerry
