Nothing is impossible and Grigg may be on to something but a lifetime of working around this stuff makes me believe that such a unit would extremely unlikely on a farm truck. Of course the chassis may have had another life before becoming a farm truck, who knows?

Grigg, does that F*%d manual state that the so called power divider is a Spicer or is used only for illustration? Of note is the fact that there used to be Spicer PTO's which included various configurations possibly even the one you describe.

Case_man can you get a photo of this thing and post it. Now we're curious.
