Thanks...yes it is. Try pouring some solvent (naphtha would be good or also denatured alcohol) into the 5 holes there and see if that frees up the diaphragm inside. Maybe some of the ethanol gas got in there and caused it to stick? Also try blowing and sucking on the yellow part to see if you can tell if it is stuck.
