Is your 3600 a flatbed? Doing some initial looking, a 4 horse trailer is 7k-9k lbs.
An advantage to doing a frame swap is that it has a matched set of engine, brake, wheelbase, etc with a properly calculated towing capacity.
Having a flatbed makes it easier to hide a change in wheelbase.
