I’ve been following this thread and I believe he already had his original clutch rebuilt. His pilot bushing was binding up from being driven into the crank and may still be dragging on the input shaft after he honed it out. Possibly the clutch will release with everything reassembled, but there’s a possibility that the bushing will gall on the input shaft if there isn’t enough clearance.
