Key in Off position I get a reading of 8.2 on multimeter
Key ON . I get a defaulted 1 reading and fuel gauge moves from E to almost a 1/4 tank.
I tested float by placing in a 5 gallon bucket of water and it works as it should.
Is it possible the fuel gauge is bad? Even by raising the float arm manually?
