Wow, you've been at this for 4 months or so. I'm thinking you're probably going to have to pull head and/or engine.
I wonder if a product like Evaporust or a similar product can be poured into the stuck cylinders? I have no idea if that could be harmful or not but it might be worth looking into to cut through the rust holding those pistons in place.
