I talked to a couple driveshaft shops about checking the balance. They said they could but both asked my why. They said they did not balance or put weights on them at the factory. One of the shops was the shop I had rebuild my differential. Unless there was some damage to the driveshaft there would be no reason for it to be out of balance. That said, I am getting desperate and out of things to check. I might need to do it just to mark one more thing off the list.
