| Crusing in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 5,096 | Some more modern pitman arms have skip splines that negate the possibility of relocating arm a few splines on shaft, however some time with a three cornered file will take care of that problem. Particularly useful in switching from fore and aft drag link movement to side to side tie rod movement or b@ck.
