After a check of a later 1929-57 Chevy Master Parts List (MPL) source here : http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com/1929_57chevyparts/57cmpc0522.htm, the part number listed in the earlier 1929-41 MPL "3656527" for your "1941 AK" steering stops (same for both sides of the axle) is listed for "1/2 TON, AL, BL (1st Ser.).

It would appear what you need can be found on any of these vehicles, which widens the search pattern for donor trucks.
