Dan, Kevin, here you go: I’d love to have seen the process/equipment that GM used to fabricate these stops. I’m thinking the bar stock was heated red hot and then bent and stamped and sheared with minimal machining required. No way I’ll commit to giving you my version of what the dimensions would be since these are so crudely made. Obviously a whole lot of precision was not required of this part. Accordingly, if anyone wants/needs to make these hopefully you should be able to do so from the following 8 photos:
