A check of the 1929-41 Chevy Master parts Catalog accessible on the "oldcarmanualproject.com" site shows the steering stops for your '41 AK have a stand alone part number (see linked page and screenshot with part with red arrow) and don't appear to be part of the king pin set.

1941 AK Steering stop info

To my knowledge, no one is reproducing these. Best guess is put an ad in the Swap Meet Truck Parts Wanted to see if someone may have some spares laying around.

As an alternative, perhaps someone can post dimensions so you might be able to fabricate some replacements???
