The only thing that might be a little hard in fabbing these is the upset button next to the bolt hole. Although that could be done by drilling a smaller hole and inserting a pan head sheet metal screw on the button side. I assume there's a locating hole on the axle that fits into. I don't recall seeing one on my axle, which is currently buried in snow.

I'll be saving those photos and might be able to produce a drawing from them.
