Jon, I haven't tried cutting the 1/32 Armstrong N8090 gasket material, however I have had very good luck cutting the Fel-Pro 1/32 material (can't offhand remember the stock number of it). Common stuff but it has worked fine for me. The laser cutter is all about 3 things: strength of the beam, focus dot of the beam (must be as tiny as possible for best concentration and speed of travel. I've learned once I get the balance of those factors all goes well. The hardest of the gaskets to make is the anti-slosh gasket, but I have figured out how to do that one also. I haven't done the throttle body to manifold gasket, but that's just because I haven't needed one so far.
