Thank you for all your responses. I have an update. Removed the sender lead and the gauge goes full. Attached the lead from the gauge to the sending unit, the gauge reads 1/4 tank. So it seems the gauge is working. Now turn the key off. Then turn the key back on and the gauge stays at empty and does not move. I am going to assume this is a sender problem. I am looking for input because the tank is not behind the seat seat any longer but under the bed. Dropping the tank will be a pain. Thanks in advance.
