You may want to try ASA filament. It's what I've been using for all of my parts...UV stable, withstands high temps, and much easier to work with than ABS. Smaller parts like the size of a radio delete plate print great (almost just like PLA) but once you get into the larger parts the ASA tends to start warping if you don't have an enclosure.
