Thanks, Phil. Please tell me if you need measurements. My metal plate is sitting in a bed of silicone currently but I'll remove it tomorrow or the next day. The cost of the epoxy is a bit less. Takes very little time to mold but cures slowly with the formula the maker has chosen. The fiberglass resin/hardener will be also about the same cost, however it isn't as easy to get a smooth surface with it as it is with the epoxy. The CNC machine I have occasionally hiccups and heads off in the weeds, also. That's why I watch it run.
