Thanks guys... so seems I'm disassembling the dash... which I really am not looking forward to. I do have a new Classic Radio to install anyway, so at least I'll only need to the seats out once (to replace the broken sender, pull the gauge and check it, and do the radio). Timing is good, I'll do this before adding my final Antifreeze mix since the thermal sensor has to be removed to pull the dash gauges too I think. Sounds a party waiting to happen.......Anybody up for a Road Trip to NC :-)
