1.) Terminal strip - for headlights, horns etc. Isolated from the metal fender.

2.) Possible PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) Valve. Need more pictures.
It also could be a check valve for the optional Hydrovac (maybe RPO 281) brakes booster (big trucks).
3.) Roadside Emergency Kerosene-Pots. They were available at local parts stores.
