It could also may be the optional Hydrovac (maybe RPO 281) for power brakes booster.
3.) Roadside Emergency Kerosene-Pots. They were available at local parts stores.
Probably for the PVC as I followed it and it’s behind front wheel.
The Other newer black hose you see is hooked up to the wiper motor. Not even sure if that’s where it would go(?).
