I gave $2,000 for a complete running driving and dumping 78 gmc 6500 dump truck with a 4-53T. I would have given much less if it did not have a turbo. Actually I would not have bought it if it did not have a turbo.
I then pulled the engine and trans and sold the rest of the truck.
I'll keep yall posted as I move along, looks like in a few months I will drive to SD to pickup my frame and cab, should move faster from there..
