I went to pickup a less than $300 truck yesterday. It was a 2 ton 137" wheel base dump. I just wanted it so I would have a frame to start with.
But after looking it over I figured out it was at one time a 161" WB and had the spring hangers cut off and moved forward, with some ugly cutting and welding.

And I drug an empty trailer back home....
So, I am still looking for a frame, and, or a cab.
