What I did is buy a roll of copper-nickel brake line and fittings and used the lengths from the parts list.
Link In most cases, it was real close to what I needed, and the cu-ni line is real easy to bend. I did use one pre-made line for the master cylinder to first division block, as it was a larger size than the rest. I think it came out well.
