Eric, I'd just measure all the lengths needed from your master cylinder/proportioning valve, etc to the front and rear, taking into consideration the diameter of each line you need and go to O'Reilly's and see what they have in pre-made lines (including the rubber connecting lines if you need these also). I've used these pre-made lines many times and have never had a single problem...really super easy to work with as you mentioned. The last time I bought one, it was a copper/nickel line (which as I recall was made in the USA). It came with both fittings, was 20 inches long and cost me less than $10. I know a lot of people buy stainless, but I'm not in that group. Good luck.
