http://www.caranddriver.com/carnews/11836/spied-2009-corvette-stingray.html Putting the engine in the back would work for traction, espesially using the Toronado TH425, but you would have to use a BOP pattern engine, as the 454 wouldn't bolt up to it. Better yet, get one from a mid-'70s front drive GMC motor home. They use a 470 cid Olds engine. No replacement for displacement!
