Also was wondering if it would be advantageous to use a quick connect between cluster and harness. Like to hard wire all lights/gauges to a 12 pin connector and put that in place of the original plug.( thought it might make it easier as far as working on the cluster outside of the truck and carefully mapping out what wire goes where.
